Dr. Gurung earned a Ph.D. in Political Science from Kent State University in 2019 and an M.A. in Conflict Resolution from Georgetown University in 2011. With a strong background in peace studies and conflict resolution, his research focuses on immigrant and refugee rights as well as community-based conflict resolution.
