Updated Construction & Access Notice | Avoid Construction on your visit day
An ongoing INDOT construction project continues south of the university near the intersection of State Road 114 and Wayne Street. INDOT has announced that the S. Market Street bridge over the Eel River will close to all traffic on December 9 for a full replacement. This closure is expected to last until Summer 2026, and access to the drive behind Town Hall will also be closed at S. Market.
Visitors can now access campus from the north using State Road 13, which is fully open. To avoid any delays due to the ongoing construction south of town, travelers are encouraged to follow INDOT鈥檚 official detour information and check their preferred maps or GPS for the most up-to-date routing before driving.
