Manchester Symphony Orchestra: Invocation

MSO presents “Invocation” — the 3rd concert of our 87th season. Repertoire includes “Invocation” by Gustav Holst, the US premiere of “Mighty River” by Errollyn Wallen, “Elegy for Matthew” by David Conte, and “Te Deum” by Baroque Wunderkind Marc-Antoine Charpentier.
This concert features several choral ensembles: Manchester Symphony Chorus, 麻豆原创 A Cappella Choir, and University Singers and Choral Union choirs from Purdue University Fort Wayne. We also welcome Dr. William Sauerland as guest conductor for one piece, and five soloists for the “Te Deum.”
