Transcript Requests

Official transcripts are available through the National Student Clearinghouse. Transcripts are released upon completion of the order form and receipt of consent. Electronic transcript requests are typically processed within a few hours. Processing for paper requests may take 4-5 business days and an additional 5-7 days for postal delivery.

ALL REQUESTS SHOULD INCLUDE:

student’s full name
dates of attendance
social security number or �鶹ԭ�� student ID number
current e-mail and mailing addresses and phone number
the address where the transcript is to be mailed
student’s signature

Payment Instructions

A non-refundable processing fee will be charged for each official transcript requested. Your payment will not be processed until your order is completed. However, if you use a debit card, your bank may hold your funds until transaction is complete.

Did you graduate or leave Manchester before 1994?

If ‘Yes’, you are part of our Legacy files. Please contact the Registrar’s Office to request your transcript. Legacy transcripts are available for mail delivery only.

Unofficial transcripts are available to current students and recent graduates via Spartan Self-Service and are not otherwise provided. Please contact the Registrar’s Office for any questions.
